Little Fawn Lodge is a Brand New Holiday Home available to rent from July 2016.

Little Fawn has a spacious living/dining area, the living area comprises of two comfortable Sofas, coffee table, TV unit with a curved 50″ smart TV, there is also a blue ray dvd player and a play station 3  for your family entertainment and a modern wall mounted electric suite.

This stunning lodge also comes with free complimentary WIFI.

In the Dining area, we have a dining table with 6 chairs, a large sideboard which houses games for the PS3  as well as DVDs and some games.

There is an open plan kitchen area with all modern integrated appliances i.e fridge, freezer, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and a built-in microwave. There is also a slow cooker and all utensils and crockery are supplied.

The Master Bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe leading to an en-suite shower room and has a flat screen TV with built-in DVD Player. The further two bedrooms have twin beds and built-in wardrobes, both also have flat-screen TVs with built-in DVD players.

We also supply an Iron/Ironing Board, Hairdryer, Travel cot and High Chair.

On the spacious outer decking area, we have a 6 seater table and chairs to the side of the lodge and to the front there is a further two seating areas.

To the rear of the property, there is a hot tub which has suitable seating for up to 6 people which has colour changing mood lights and a privacy screen.

Please note we provide Spa dressing gowns and towelling slippers for our hot tub (Adult Sizes Only).

We are a dog-friendly lodge and we supply dog feeding/water bowls, dog treats and dog throws to protect the furniture if your pooch wants to cuddle up there is also a dog kennel on the decked area.
